CIRA means we tailor learning and programming to our communities' cultural experiences, identities, and contexts. We honor CIRA through celebrations, acknowledging our ancestors, ancestral wisdom, practices, and solutions that embrace healing and love.

- We engage in thought partnerships with organizations to increase community engagement, participation, and power in decision-making structures and operations.
Dissemination and Translation
Dissemination and translation are strategies to create narratives that heal, build community power, and lead to transformation. We honor a history of storytelling, counterstorytelling as a way to create the futures and worlds we want to see and where young people thrive.
